COD Charges (6%) : All Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will be subject to an additional charge of 6% of the total order value. This charge is intended to cover the administrative and handling costs associated with COD transactions.

Cancellation Policy : Cancellation of an order is only possible before the product is dispatched. Our dispatch time is typically within 24 hours of order placement. Once the product has been dispatched, cancellation is not allowed.

Refund Policy: Money will be refunded for any return as per the return policy after deducting the courier charges. Kindly refer to the return policy to know the eligibility for refunds.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective (non-repairable damage) or incorrect.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days of receiving the returned product.
