REFUND/ RETURN/CANCELLATION POLICY
Refund/Return
We strive to ensure that your purchase meets your expectations. However, if you receive a defective or incorrect product, we will gladly accept returns.
Non-Repairable Defects: If the product you receive has a non-repairable defect, please contact our customer support within 7 days of receiving the item via our Contact us page/email/whatsapp/Instagram DMs. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the product and initiate a refund or replacement.
Incorrect Product : If you receive an incorrect product, please notify our customer support immediately via our Contact us page/email/whatsapp/Instagram DMs. We will arrange for the correct product to be sent to you and provide instructions for returning the incorrect item.
Minor Damages in Transit : In the event of minor damages caused during transit, we offer a partial refund to cover the damage.
To be eligible for a partial refund or return on non-repairable damages the following criteria has to be met :
Provide a Product Opening Video: Record a video of opening the package to capture the condition of the product upon arrival.
Contact Customer Support: Contact our customer support within 7 days of receiving the item item via our Contact us page/email/whatsapp/Instagram DMs and provide the video evidence to the customer support.
Follow Return Instructions: We will provide instructions on how to return the damaged product and initiate a partial refund.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of an order is only possible before the product is dispatched. Our dispatch time is typically within 24 hours of order placement. Once the product has been dispatched, cancellation is not allowed.
Please note:
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective (non-repairable damage) or incorrect.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days of receiving the returned product.
